Terms of Service 

Cancellation Policy

No show/Late Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you wish to cancel an appointment, it must be done more than 48 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid fees. If your appointment is cancelled 48 hours or less in advance, or if the cleaners are unable to enter the home, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. 

 

Appointments that are rescheduled with fewer than five (5) business days notice in advance of your appointment (instead of cancelling), a reschedule fee of $25 will be charged. 

We strictly adhere to this timeline in order to prevent lost wages for our cleaners. 

 

Damaged Property

Any damage to client property is to be reported immediately via email (include photos when possible) to the office. Your cleaners will leave a note indicating what has been damaged and we will make every attempt to replace, repair or pay for the damaged items. 

 

Your Complete Cleaning Service does not assume liability for any pre existing damages or scratches in paint, furniture, walls, windows, floors, etc. Any items that seem unstable in any way will not be cleaned. We are not responsible for damage due to improperly installed or faulty items or for the maintenance of your home resulting from normal wear and tear. All surfaces (floors, granite, marble, etc.) are assumed to be sealed and ready for cleaning with common cleaners. 

 

For items valued under $100, typically Kzoo Clean - YCCS will pay for the damaged item. For items valued over $100, generally an insurance claim will be filed. Kzoo Clean - YCCS reserves the right to determine if a repair, replacement, or monetary settlement is appropriate. Kzoo Clean - YCCS takes responsibility for damaged items caused by our staff, not exceeding $500 or your homeowner’s insurance policy deductible. 

 

Items of Value

Any items of sentimental or monetary value that you do not want cleaned should be put away or indicated in the notes field of the booking form. If you would like us to clean items of monetary or sentimental value ($100+), you are releasing Kzoo Clean - Your Complete Cleaning Service from all liability associated with cleaning these items. The client will be solely responsible for repairing or replacing any damaged items even if the damage was caused by Kzoo Clean - YCCS employees. 

 

Hiring/Soliciting Kzoo Clean - Your Complete Cleaning Service Employees

We have invested a considerable amount of time, effort, etc. into hiring and training our employees. By agreeing to the terms of service, you agree not to hire or solicit current or former Kzoo Clean - Your Complete Cleaning Service employees for any services related to our cleaning business for a one year period from the last date of services provided by Kzoo Clean - YCCS. If you hire or solicit any employees for similar services without waiting one year from your last service date with YCCS, you agree to pay Your Complete Cleaning Service $4,000 as liquidated damages. 

 

Pricing

Kzoo Clean - Your Complete Cleaning Service reserves the right to reevaluate prices at any time based on increased supply or wage expenses or increased/decreased time needed to complete services. 

 

Payment

Kzoo Clean - Your Complete Cleaning Service accepts credit cards or checks made out to Your Complete Cleaning Service. Full payment is due on the day of your service. 

 

For credit card payments, a preauthorization or hold will be placed on your card on the day of your service. Following your services the card on file will be charged the balance due. Once the charge has cleared, the hold will be released by your bank. It may take some time for holds to be released by your bank. You are not being charged twice. Kzoo Clean - YCCS has no control over the release of preauthorization or held funds. 

 

For payment by check, a $25 fee will be charged for each returned check. Any outstanding balances due resulting from a returned check must be paid in full prior to the next scheduled cleaning. Kzoo Clean - YCCS reserves the right to require payment by credit card following a returned check. 

Guarantee

Cleaning is a human service, so we realize that on occasion something may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. Kzoo Clean - Your Complete Cleaning Service will happily reclean any area that you aren’t satisfied with. You must contact us within 24 hours of your service to let us know about any issues or concerns. We will do what we can to make it right! Kzoo Clean - YCCS does not offer refunds. 

 

Supplies

Kzoo Clean - Your Complete Cleaning Service uses high quality supplies that have been thoroughly tested to clean your home. However, if you have special products you would like us to use, we will happily do so. In order for us to use your products, you must contact the office prior to your cleaning so we can provide instructions and safety data sheets to your cleaner. Please note that while we are happy to accommodate your request, Kzoo Clean cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of customer-supplied cleaning products.

 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Kzoo Clean - Your Complete Cleaning Service's policy is to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, http://www.kzooclean.com, and other sites we own and operate.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, other than Launch27, except when required to by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Your continued use of our website will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. If you have any questions about how we handle user data and personal information, feel free to contact us.

Opt-in: Submitting an order with Kzoo Clean - Your Complete Cleaning Company is treated as an opt-in to receive service related follow up and information from us. If you supply us with your email address you will only receive communications related to Kzoo Clean - Your Complete Cleaning Service related service and product offerings.

If you supply us with your postal address you will only receive periodic mailings from us with information on promotions, services or upcoming events.

If you supply us with your telephone number you will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding requested services. 

Opt-out: If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, you can send us an email at office@kzooclean.com. You may also unsubscribe to future emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained within emails you receive from us. 

This policy is effective as of January 15th, 2021.

Insects

If an infestation of ants, roaches, termites, bed bugs, fleas etc. is encountered, we will not be able to clean until the problem has been addressed. Please do not expect us to clean up dead pests that have been treated or sprayed. We will leave you a note or give you a call if we encounter any pest issues. 

 

Safety

Kzoo Clean - Your Complete Cleaning Service works very hard to work safely, but we can’t assume liability for injury to others. Please ensure children and pets remain out of the rooms that we’re cleaning to avoid any safety hazards present (cleaning products, tools, cords, wet floors, etc.). To decrease the risk of injury to our employees we are unable to move large or heavy furniture or flip/rotate mattresses. We are also unable to clean up any biohazardous items (blood, urine, etc.). If an employee feels their safety is in jeopardy while at a job site, they will leave immediately and the client will be responsible for the full cost of the services that were to be provided.
