  • WHAT WOULD YOU RECOMMEND FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS?
    We recommend a deep cleaning for all first time clients. This gives us extra time to get everything that may have been missed during past cleanings. Most customers switch to the regular clean after the initial deep clean.
  • HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY HOUSE CLEANING?
    Based on the information you provided when you booked your service, we schedule a block of time to clean your home. We are happy to tidy and declutter prior to cleaning, but please understand we may not be able to complete our cleaning checklist if we spend time decluttering. Help us help you! If you would like to maximize our cleaning time, we ask that you do the following: Put items back where they belong. Remove clutter from surfaces including toys, clothes and dishes. (Please note, if your sink is more than 50 percent filled with dishes, we will be unable to clean the sink.) Keep children and pets occupied. It can be difficult to clean when pets and kids are around. Our cleaners bring lots of supplies and equipment with them and we want to avoid any mishaps!
  • DO YOU REMOVE ALL ITEMS FROM SURFACES WHEN DUSTING?
    We generally remove items from surfaces when dusting unless the surface is more than 50 percent covered. Why don't we remove all items if the surface is more than 50 percent covered? Removing all items from surfaces can be time-consuming and may disrupt the arrangement and organization of personal belongings. This also helps minimize the risk of accidental breakage or damage to your valued possessions.
  • CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
    Kzoo Clean requires 48 business hours notice to cancel your cleaning free of charge (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.   • IS THERE A FEE TO RESCHEDULE?
    To prevent lost hours for our Cleaning Technicians, please provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling an appointment. A $25 reschedule fee will apply to appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of service.   • WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
    Our hours are: Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm
  • HOW DO I UPDATE BILLING?
    Your billing can be updated by visiting your account page. You'll find billing under settings. In the billing sections you'll be able to update billing, your address and your current subscription.
  • WHAT IF I WANT TO SKIP THIS WEEKS CLEAN? WILL I BE CHARGED?
    You won't be charged if you let us know more than five (5) business days before your cleaning. If you notify us that you would like to skip a cleaning less than five (5) business days before your appointment you will incur a $25 fee.
  • DO YOU OFFER OUTDOOR CLEANING?
    No, we don't. We stick with what we're good at, and that's inside your home.
  • WHAT DAY IS MY CLEAN?
    If you have a cleaning subscription, head to your account page and look under "Subscriptions" to see your next scheduled cleaning. If that day doesn't work for you, you can always change it.
  • WILL THE SAME CLEANER COME EVERY TIME?
    Yes, we do our best to always send the same cleaner or team. Please remember that our cleaners have personal lives, request leave and can get sick. We'll let you know if we need to send a different cleaner to your house and give you the option to reschedule.
  • DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
    Nope! However, if this is your first clean with Your Complete Cleaning Service, we would love to meet you. But if you prefer to leave us a key so we can get to work, that's ok too! We want you to be comfortable.
  • CAN I TRUST YOUR CLEANERS? ARE THEY BACKGROUND CHECKED?
    You can trust us! Kzoo Clean does thorough background checks and only hire the best of the best.
  • IS KZOO CLEAN BONDED AND INSURED?
    Yes! We're currently insured up to $2M in general liability damage. We're bonded through CNA Surety.
  • DOES KZOO CLEAN USE TOXIC CLEANERS?
    We use eco-friendly products wherever we can. However, there are some tough to clean areas that require a chemical cleaner. For example, we usually like to disinfect toilets and bathroom floors. If you prefer that we only use cleaners that disinfect, especially during cold and flu season, just let us know in the notes section when you book your clean. If your preference is only eco-friendly products, just let us know in the notes. We're happy to do whatever works best for you.
  • CAN I LEAVE A KEY?
    Absolutely! We prefer this after our initial visit. That way we don't hold you up if we encounter traffic on the way. You can indicate how we will access your home during booking.
  • IS TIPPING EXPECTED?
    Tips are not required, but are welcomed. Or, if you loved our service, tell your friends and neighbors or leave us a review on Google or Facebook!
  • WHAT IF SOMETHING BREAKS?
    It's pretty rare but accidents do happen. In the event that something does happen, contact us right away. We'll work with our insurance to get the object replaced.
  • WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY CLEANING AFTER THEY LEAVE?
    If you're not happy with your cleaning for any reason, let us know. We'll work together to determine a solution.
  • AM I CHARGED UPON BOOKING?
    Payment is not due until the day of your service. For credit card payments, a preauthorization or hold will be placed on your card on the day of your service. Following your service the card on file will be charged the balance due. If you prefer to pay by check, you may indicate that when you book your clean. Checks should be made out to Your Complete Cleaning Service. Please leave your check on the kitchen counter.
  • ARE THE PRICES NEGOTIABLE?
    No, our pricing is given to you during the booking process using the information you provide. We believe cleaning shouldn't cost a fortune and work hard to keep our prices low. If you need something that isn't listed, please contact us and we'll create a custom clean for you.
  • WHAT IF MY CHOSEN SERVICE ISN'T COMPLETED IN TIME?
    You'll need to make an additional booking. Typically this happens when we encounter more cleaning than expected based on the booking details you provided.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?
    Go to your account, login to your account, and choose "Cancel My Account". Complete the form and your account can be cancelled. We'll miss you!

  • WHAT DO I DO WITH MY PET DURING CLEANING? DO YOU CLEAN UP AFTER PETS?
    We love your furry friends, but our job is to clean your home! We want to be able to provide you with service you deserve, which we can do best if your pet is in a crate or separate room while we clean. For the health and safety of our employees, we are unable to cleanup animal waste or bodily fluids, pet crates, enclosures or cages. We hope you understand!
